Information on returns, refunds and complaints
Returns within Germany are free of charge at Procapo. Returns from other EU countries can, of course, also be made; the costs of return shipping must be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from countries outside the EU.
Please note that every return must be accompanied by the fully completed return/exchange form included with the delivery. This is the only way to ensure quick and clear processing.

How long do I have to return my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Who bears the return shipping costs?
Returns are free of charge in Germany. For returns from other EU countries, the customer bears the costs. Returns from outside the EU are not possible.
What must be included with the return?
The fully completed return/exchange form included with the delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
Processing usually takes 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of the return.
What to do in case of a complaint?
