At Procapo, your order is processed with the utmost care and shipped reliably. We deliver worldwide to your desired address. Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €50. All applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout.
Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. After handover to the shipping service provider, you will, of course, receive a shipping confirmation via email including tracking information. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Various secure payment options are available to you at checkout. The available payment methods will be displayed directly during the ordering process.
Returns & Exchanges
Should an item not fit or not meet your expectations, the following conditions apply to returns and exchanges:
- Returns within the EU are possible; the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Returns within Germany are free of charge for you.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from non-EU countries.
- For every return or exchange, it is mandatory that the return/exchange form included with your delivery is fully completed and enclosed with the return. Otherwise, processing is unfortunately not possible or may be delayed.
